1. Shipping Locations

📍 We currently ship across Pakistan.
🚫 International shipping is also available.

2. Order Processing Time

• Ready-Made Items: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped within 5-7 business days.
• Custom Orders: Since all custom rugs and décor items are handmade, please allow 2-3 weeks for production before shipping. The timeline may vary based on the complexity of the design.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees vary based on the size, weight, and delivery location.
• The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
• For oversized or bulk orders, additional charges may apply, and we will notify you before shipping.

4. Delivery Time & Tracking

• Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location:
  ✔ Karachi: 2-3 business days
  ✔ Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 4-6 business days
  ✔ Remote Areas: 6-10 business days
• You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD is available for selected ready-made products only.
• A confirmation call/message will be sent before dispatching COD orders.
• If the recipient does not respond to confirmation attempts, the order may be canceled.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for verification.
• We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
