Since our products are handmade and often custom-designed, we do not accept returns for:

🚫 Custom orders (personalized rugs, custom sizes, or unique designs)
🚫 Minor variations in color, texture, or size due to the handmade nature of the product
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a replacement.
We will offer a replacement if:
✔ You received the wrong product (different design, size, or color than ordered).
✔ The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
✔ The product does not match the agreed-upon custom design specifications.
To request a replacement:

📌 Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue.
📌 We will review the request and approve the replacement if it meets our policy.
📦 Once approved, you will need to return the damaged or incorrect product, and we will ship a new one at no additional cost.
🚫 Items that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery.
🚫 Damage caused by improper care, misuse, or accidents.
🚫 Slight variations in handmade products (as no two pieces are identical).
